Quietly impressive restoration of a stylish and private mid-century modern home. Originally designed in 1954 by James Hunter and a designated Structure of Merit , this home sits on a 12,000+ sq ft lot.

We really wanted to preserve the mid century bones of the building: one level living throughout but wanted to create a more easy-flowing open floor plan, walls of south facing glass, and soaring ceilings to let the light shine in.

Nestled right at the base of Chautauqua this home is made for indoor/ outdoor living with amazing views, a great entertaining terrace and lot of old growth trees in this historic Boulder neighborhood.
